I purchased this blanket for myself so that I could sleep with my sleeping bag unzipped. First night of using it my dog was too cold and trying to climb into my bag. He ended up getting to use the new blanket & he says that it kept him warm and cozy and out of my sleeping bag for the rest of the night.
We absolutely love these blankets! They are the best; so versatile! From Florida to Maine, these things just work great and especially on the couch when you have a dog that sheds easily. Perfect couch cover, the fur just comes right off these, don’t have to worry about drool and they are easy to wash. Great for hanging out on the couch, chair or whatever inside or out and are very warm and cozy. They come in a nice bag rolled up which makes them good for travel if you have the space but they are a decent sized bag even when rolled up. I also have a travel size Rumpl that is fantastic for airline flights or hotels on the go. Highly recommend. Seem to be durable enough to withstand a German Shepherd and the winters in Maine.
I got the double and used it for our two person sleeping pad while camping. Temperatures were mild but I was still surprised how warm it kept us. And such a pretty color. We have the matching pillows too which are also really comfy.
It’s as soft as a baby kitten. Plus it keeps me warm. Purr!
